Scientists Identify Source of the Moon’s Water
Most of the water inside the Moon was delivered by asteroids (not comets) during the early evolution of the Moon, ~4.5-4.3 billion years ago.
There are two high tides and two low tides every day on every ocean beach on Earth, because of the moon's pull.
