Teague is a communications specialist with a background in technical writing and graphic production. He received his MA in English and MFA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and has been writing for the scientific community for over thirteen years. Prior to joining the Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute, he worked for the American Institutes for Research and for the California Department of Education. He has taught at San Francisco State University, at DeAnza College, and at the High School level. Teague continues to explore creative expression via image and text; his work has appeared in several literary magazines, poetic anthologies, and small-press chapbooks.
