Do you think human beings will ever be able to love on the other planets?

Yes.  Remember that humans have already lived on the Moon, but only for a few days.  NASA’s current plans for human exploration of the Moon and Mars suggests that there could be permanently occupied outposts on both the Moon and Mars by the middle of this century.
