President elect Joe Biden introduces Dr. Maria Zuber as co-chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST)

Maria Zuber, former Co-Principal Investigator for the SSERVI MIT/Brown University team, has been named co-chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). She, along with Caltech chemical engineer Frances Arnold, a 2018 winner of the Nobel Prize in chemistry, are the first women ever to co-chair PCAST.
